It’s been a solid week of recovery from Easter.  There were vast amounts of chocolate consumed, not just by me, the kids too.  There were waves of enthusiasm, energy, and exuberance when the sugar hit, and then the inevitable tantrums that ensued once the sugar wore off.  It was a magical holiday, and I will forever treasure the memories of being able to lie tell tales to my children about a bunny that delivered chocolate while they slept.  Their faces and screams of delight in finding a trail of eggs outside their bedrooms in the morning made my year.  These photos obviously weren’t taken from this past weekend, but from a couple of weeks back, before spring had sprung and melted the icy cold.  Lately I’ve been able to switch out wool for leather and thick sweaters for thin tees, and I couldn’t be more excited for summer to get here.  Easter always feels like the official kick off to welcoming spring, and welcoming it I am.
