I have a serious relationship with cookies and cream, based not only on longevity but loyalty as well. For years I would refuse to order anything outside of the cookies and cream category. Recently I’ve been eating my way through playing around with cheesecake recipes when I wandered across this little gem of a recipe from the Martha Stewart Cupcakes book. I love how they’re individual servings that are easy to serve and indulge in. I actually managed to share a few, and the consensus was unanimous…you can’t stop at one.
