Amongst all of the New Years resolutions of eating better, working out, getting fit, and losing the baby weight, it’s also the end of January.  The weather is subarctic with no end in sight, and cravings for comfort food are at all an time high.  I don’t know about any of you but every time I walk past the Cinnabon kiosk in the mall, I immediately start salivating.  So it was on a particularly chilly day that a craving for something sweet hit and I came across this recipe for Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake.  I can’t even begin to explain how decadently delicious this cheesecake is.  It honestly tastes like a cinnamon bun in cheesecake form, more specifically, a Cinnabon cinnamon bun.  So while my summer body is not on fleek right now, my tastes buds are in seventh heaven.  And that’s what we call balance.
