I used to think that due to my vertically challenged stature I couldn’t get away with a lengthy hemline. I worried I would resemble a small child playing around in their mother’s clothing. Yet I’ve discovered that is completely untrue. In fact, with some pieces, such as my checkered sweater coat, it’s quite the opposite. Long coats and sweaters not only have a striking look, they keep more of you warm in the cold months. Now how can you argue with that?
