I can hardly believe tomorrow is Christmas Eve.  How is it that a month’s time of prep and anticipation seems to disappear into thin air, leaving you pondering, where did the time go?  I’m so looking forward to the next two days of enjoying the those things that are most important.  Until then I will be racing around knocking off the last couple of items on my to-do list, warming up my stomach for two straight days of deliciousness, and finishing up those cookies for moi Santa.
