If I haven’t made it completely clear at this point, based alone on the number of cookie recipes I have posted in the past, I’d like to state my thoughts on homemade cookies. I beyond adore this sweet treat, crispy on the outside, chewy deliciousness on the inside. In an effort to try as many different flavours as humanly possible, I came across this recipe from the Epicurious cookbook and gave it a go. Let’s just say that this one is going to be heavy in the regular cookie rotation.
