When summer rolls around I try to keep sweets out of the house.  It only makes sense to do so when having sangria on tap a bit more frequently than usual.  This situation makes it quite inconvenient when I’m craving a sugary solution for my mid afternoon lull.  The other day I thought I would solve my first-world problem and plucked the Milk & Cookies cook book from my shelf.  I immediately spotted  the recipe for Mocha Latte Cookies, and needless to say, a jolt of caffeine with your sweets, is just common sense.  Needless to say I had to package these little guys up as soon as possible and ship them out of my home before I ate the entire batch.  They truly are spectacularly delicious, and I just know I’ll be making them again soon.
